Your medical record is a confidential document. It is the policy of this practice to maintain the security of personal health information at all times and to ensure that this information is only available to authorised members of staff.

From time to time the practice invites patients to complete a questionnaire regarding their views of the Practice and how it could be improved. These surveys are completely confidential and help us improve our services to you.
If you are unhappy with any aspect of the care, please feel free to talk to your Doctor or the Practice Manager.
