The practice has ample parking with full disabled / wheelchair access.
Telephone Communication:
Our practice is available by telephone during normal opening hours. Reception staff and practice nurses are available to assist with appointments, administrative enquiries and general information.
Doctors are generally unable to take telephone calls while consulting with patients. If your doctor is unavailable, a message will be taken and forwarded to the doctor or appropriate staff member for review.
Telephone messages are prioritised according to clinical urgency. Urgent clinical messages are brought to the attention of the doctor or practice nurse as soon as possible. Non-urgent messages are reviewed throughout the day and every effort will be made to return your call within an appropriate time frame, usually by the end of the same business day. Where additional investigation or discussion is required, a longer response time may be necessary.
All significant telephone communications are documented in the patient's medical record where appropriate.
If your condition is urgent or you are experiencing symptoms such as chest pain, difficulty breathing, stroke symptoms or another medical emergency, please call 000 immediately.
Electronic Communications Policy
